| This is an old poem I wrote when I was 16, I wrote it for an online contest, won first place, it's not one of my best, it's supposed to represent an alliteration of contempt. (Just a side note, I'm atheist, but I find Hell to be an excellent writing tool) Grasping Hell: Falling through a twisting inferno of lies The guilt of his past reflecting clearly in his eyes As his filthy spirit roams this land He stares into the darkness without blithe and forever damned Looking mournfully of those who he has betrayed their trust No longer thinking about his past ways of lust Still soaring through these webs of hate While repeatedly in denail about his ultimate fate The blood smeared remains dwell with his mind While the fallen holds onto his soul and drags him down from behind Now he may feel remorseful for dwell That will not save him in the firey depths of hell. | |
