Yet another poem I wrote when I was 16. I don't remember why I wrote this, I guess I was attempting to overcome a writers block.

Shadows
I can't see... I can't breathe...
I'm standing in a shroud of darkness
With floating spheres of light dancing around me
I see myself on the ground behind the light
I am flat just laying on the black floor, lifeless and unoriginal
I don't want to be my shadow
I want to break my shadow
I want to smash it and send it flying speeding fast away from me
I want to break this streak of uncreativity and bring in a new wave of life
Lets break the darkness and enter the light
